Flexible (refundable) rate - 3 days. The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. Cancellations made later on will be charged with 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations made on the same day of arrival and no shows will be charged with 100% of the entire stay.
Terms and Conditions
This is a non-smoking apartment. No parties and no pets are allowed in the apartments.
Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra:
Special conditions apply to group bookings (more than 4 rooms/apartments in one booking).
- Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros.
- Smoke detector removed - 300 euros.
- Disturbing the peace - 200 euros.
- Violation of house rules (pets, parties, etc.) - 150 euros.
- Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros.
- Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price.
- More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night.
- Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.
